Carole brings 18 years of professional hockey experience from the Springfield Falcons and Springfield Indians.  She is actively involved with the March of Dimes (WMASS Board Chair), Shriners Hospital (sled hockey), CHD Disability Sports programs (sled hockey and soccer), and Vice President of Springfield Falcons Charities, Inc. (Columbus Day Italian Open Golf Tournament). She also started her own company, Pro Sports Intangibles, LLC, which assists professional athletes adjust to their markets.
