AMELIA'S GARDEN
Amelia's Garden, a 1.3 acre memorial park, was built to provide a location for positive recreational alternatives in memory of Albert Ferst's wife Amelia. Throughout the garden, one can find 64 beds blooming with a variety of annual plants, a fountain, a gazebo, and a waterfall, to name a few.
In addition to being a wonderful place to relax and enjoy an afternoon, Amelia's Garden also hosts a variety of special events. The most popular event is Musical Moments, which takes place every Tuesday night in the summer. Amelia's Garden is also available by RESERVATION ONLY for weddings, pictures and social functions
The gentleman responsible for overseeing Amelia's beautiful sights is Bob Kamm. Volunteers are welcome to assist with garden tasks throughout the season. Click here if you are interested in becoming a volunteer.
