MISSION: 
The mission of the Amelia Park Garden is to welcome the public to enjoy the flowers and beauty in memorial of a wonderful woman, Amelia Ferst.

NOT ALLOWED IN THE GARDEN:  

NO SKATEBOARDS
NO PETS
NO BICYCLES
NO WEDDING RECEPTIONS
NO TENTS

GARDEN POLICY:
As long as the garden gates are open, people are welcome to enjoy the garden, however, we ask that if you want photos or a wedding to take place in the garden you book a time through the Ice Arena. 

PHOTOS:
We request the following:

• $100 security deposit the will be returned after inspection of garden from your scheduled time
• Donations are appreciated  - all donation assist us in continuing the beautification of the garden
• Two (2) week notice minimum for photos to be taken
• Photo sessions are booked in Two (2) hour windows
• Sessions can be booked on Saturday and Sundays ONLY
• Number of attendees must be noted
• NO TENTS ALLOWED
• Photos cannot be taken in the flower beds or fountain
• NO MUSIC OR BOOMBOXES
  

WEDDINGS:
We request the following:

• Weddings are booked on a first come, first serve basis
• $250 security deposit that will be returned after inspection of the garden
• a certificate of liability, naming Amelia Park ice Arena as the insured, is required and must be received NO LATER than one month prior to wedding
• Donations are appreciated - all donations assist us in continuing the beautification of the garden
• Weddings are booked in four (4) hour maximum windows on Saturday and Sundays for the gazebo area ONLY at either 12pm or 4pm
• Number of attendees MUST NOT EXCEED 50 guests - 30 guests is preferred
• NO TENTS ALLOWED
• Photos cannot be taken in the flower beds or fountain
• YOU MUST PROVIDE any chairs - your time window allows for set-up, ceremony, photos, & breakdown of the event
  -all chairs MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE GARDEN at the end of the event
• YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN MUSIC - there is electricity in the gazebo
• All trash and decorations MUST BE REMOVED at the end of the event or placed in the barrels located throughout the garden
